Short Background Story:
This is a conversation between Angulimala and a King after Angulimala had renunciated his old way and chosen to follow Buddha’s guidance into monk hood.

ང་ཚོའི་དགྲ་བོ་ནང་ལ་ཡོད་རེད་མ་གཏོགས། ཕྱི་ལོགས་ལ་རྩ་བ་ནས་ཡོད་མ་རེད། ནང་གི་དགྲ་བོ་འདིས།
ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི། ང་ཚོའི་སེམས་པ་འདི་ཡོངས་སུ་འཁྲུལ་རུ་བཅུག་གི་ཡོད་རེད།
Sentence Translation:
Our enemy is in the mind; otherwise, there is none outside. This enemy of the mind, at all times, makes our mind completely confused.

The reason for all habits is [because of] doing the same action again and again. Once having become habituated, it is difficult to abandon such action. Therefore, [one] should now let [oneself] become habituated in nonvirtues.
