Short Background Story:
This is a conversation between Buddha and a man who insulted him while he was begging for alms, for the reason that because of Buddha, many young men had left their families and become monks.
Full Dialogue:
མི་ཟེར་ཡག་དེ། སོ་སོའི་གྲིབ་གཟུགས་དང་ཁ་བྲལ་ཡག་མེད་པ་ནང་བཞིན། སོ་སོས་བསགས་པའི། སྡིག་པ་ཡོད་ཚད་སོ་སོའི་མཉམ་དུ་འཁུར་དགོས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རེད། ལས་དེའི་འབྲས་བུ་རང་ཐོག་ལ་སྨིན་དུས། སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱང་དགོས་འཁེལ་གྱི་རེད་དཱ། བྱས་ཙང་རྨོངས་ཡིད་ལས་སད་པར་བྱས། སོ་སོ་ངོ་ཤེས་པ་བྱས་ན་ངན་སེམས་དང་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་ཚང་མ་ག་ལེར་ག་ལེར་བྱས་མེད་པ་ཆགས་འགྲོ་གི་རེད།
Sentence Translation:
The so-called “humans” will have to carry with themselves the entire sins, just as one can not be separated from one's own shadow. Be aware! When the result of the ‘karma’ ripens on top of oneself, one will have no choice but to suffer. Therefore, having woken up from the confused mind, if one has recognised oneself, the evil mind and evil actions all will naturally, slowly become not there.
Word Translation:
མི་ཟེར་ཡག་དེ། so called ‘humans’,
སོ་སོའི་ one’s own,
གྲིབ་གཟུགས་ shadow, (གྲིབ་ནག་ more said),
དང་ from,
ཁ་བྲལ་ཡག་མེད་པ་ not separable,
ནང་བཞིན་ just as, །
སོ་སོས་བསགས་པའི that are accumulated by oneself, །
སྡིག་པ་ sins, evil deeds,
ཡོད་ཚད་ all that are there,
སོ་སོའི་མཉམ་དུ་ together with oneself,
འཁུར་ carry,
དགོས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རེད will cause to have to, །
ལས་དེའི་འབྲས་བུ་ fruition/result of the ‘karma’,
རང་ཐོག་ལ་་སྨིན་དུས when ripen[ed] on top of oneself, །
སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱང་ suffer,
དགོས་འཁེལ་གྱི་རེད་ will have to have,
དཱ !, (warning word ending), be aware/known, །
བྱས་ཙང་ therefore,
རྨོངས་ཡིད་ confused mind,
ལས་ from,
སད་པར་བྱས made woken up, །
སོ་སོ་ངོ་ཤེས་པ་བྱས་ན་ if made oneself recognised,
ངན་སེམས་ bad/evil mind,
དང་ and,
སྡིག་པའི་ལས་ evil action,
ཚང་མ་ all,
ག་ལེར་ག་ལེར་ slowly slowly,
བྱས་ in that way,
མེད་པ་ཆགས་ become not there,
འགྲོ་གི་རེད will naturally become,

Examples on How to Use The Structure:
1. མི་ཁ་ཤས་མི་སྡུག་ཅག་ནང་བཞིན་ཡོད་ན་ཡང་། མི་དེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་འདྲ་ཡོད་ས་རེད།
མི་ humans | ཁ་ཤས་ some/a few | མི་སྡུག་ཅག་ bad person | ནང་བཞིན་ just as | ཡོད་ have | ན་ཡང་ even if/although/despite ། | མི་དེ་ that person | བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ Bodhisattvas | ཡིན་པ་ is | དེ་འདྲ་ such/similar | ཡོད་ས་རེད could be, །
Some, although seem like bad people, could be Bodhisattvas.
2. དགེ་འདུན་པའི་ནང་ཁུལ་ལ་དམིགས་ཡུལ་གཅིག་པ་མེད་ན། ཕྱི་ལོགས་ནས་ལྟ་དུས་འདྲ་ཆགས་པོ་ནང་བཞིན་མཐོང་ན་ཡང་དོན་ལ་ཡུན་རིང་པོ་མཉམ་དུ་བཤིབ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་མ་རེད།
དགེ་འདུན་པ members of the Sangha | འི་ of | ནང་ཁུལ་ internal | ལ་ for/toward | དམིགས་ཡུལ་ aim/goal | གཅིག་པ་ same | མེད་ན if not have ། | ཕྱི་ལོགས་ outside | ནས་ from | ལྟ་དུས་ when looking | འདྲ་ཆགས་པོ་ smooth | ནང་བཞིན་ just as | མཐོང་ see | ན་ཡང་ even if/although | དོན་ meaning/goal | ལ་ for/toward | ཡུན་རིང་པོ་ for a long time | མཉམ་དུ་ together | བཤིབ་ associated | ཐུབ་ཀྱི་མ་རེད can not, །
As for the inside of a Sangha, if not having the same goal, even looking as if harmonious from the outside, the members will not be able to be associated together for a long time [working] toward the aim.
3. ང་ཚོའི་ལྟ་སྟངས་ལ་ང་ཚོ་དང་བླ་མ་འདྲ་པོ་ཡོད་པ་ནང་བཞིན་ཡིན་ན་ཡང་བླ་མའི་ནང་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་མཐོང་མ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ། ང་ཚོས་བླ་མ་མཇལ་ན་ཡང་དངོས་སུ་མཇལ་ཡོད་མ་རེད།

In our way of seeing, Lama and us seem to be similar. However, until we are able to see the inner qualities of Lama's, even if meeting, we actually have not met.
