Short Background Story:
This is a conversation between Buddha and a Brahma who was trying to wash off his sin by dipping himself into cold water 108 times.
Full Dialogue:
གལ་སྲིད་གཟུགས་པོ་ཆུའི་ནང་ལ་སྦངས་བྱས། ཁྱེད་རང་གི་སྡིག་པ་ཡོད་ཚད། དག་གི་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན་ན།
ཆུའི་ནང་ལ་ཡོད་པའི་ཉ་དང་། རུས་སྦལ། སྦྲུལ། སྦལ་པ། དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་སྔ་ས་ནས་ཐར་པ་ཐོབ་ཚར་ཡོད་རེད།
Sentence Translation:
Suppose it is if soaking [your] body in the water purifies your entire sins, those fish, tortoises, snakes, and frogs that are in the water all must have already got liberation from long ago.

1. ང་ཚོས་དང་པོ་ནས་མཆོད་རྟེན་ལ་འགྲོ་དགོས་པ་དེ་ཧ་གོ་ཡོད་ན་ལམ་ཁ་འགྲོ་དུས་ལ་ག་ས་ག་ལ་འགྲོ་གི་མ་རེད།

If we have understood such need to go to Stupa beforehand, we will not go here and there on the way.
2. ཆོས་པ་ཚང་མས་ཆོས་ཉམས་ལེན་ཡག་པོ་བྱེད་འདོད་ཡོད་ཙང་དང་པོ་ནས་བསོད་ནམས་མང་པོ་བསགས་དགོས་རེད།
ཆོས་པ་ practitioner, ཚང་མ all, ས་ by, | ཆོས་ Dharma, - ཉམས་ལེན་ practice, - ཡག་པོ་ good, - བྱེད་ do, འདོད་ want to, ཡོད་ have, there is, ཙང་ since, | དང་པོ་ནས་ from the beginning, already, | བསོད་ནམས་ merit, མང་པོ་ many, much, | བསགས་ [to have] accumulated, དགོས་ need to, needed, རེད is/are, །
Since all practitioners want to practice the Dharma well, [they] need to accumulate a lot of merits from the beginning.
3. ང་ཚོས་སྔ་ས་ནས་ཁ་ལག་བཟོ་སྟངས་ཡག་པོ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མེད་ན་ཁ་ལག་ཞིམ་པོ་དང་ལས་སླ་པོར་བཟོ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་རེད་པས།
