Short Background Story:
This is a conversation between Budhda and a famous prostitute called Amrapali, in which Budhda taught her about the agony of impermanence.
Full Dialogue:
[ཁྱེད་རང་]མཛེས་པོ་ག་ཚོད་ཡོད་ནའི་མཐའ་མར་མི་སྡུག་པ་ཆགས་ཀྱི་རེད། ཨམྲ་པཱ་ལི། མི་ཚེའི་ནང་ལ་རྟག་པ་བརྟན་པའི་དངོས་པོ་གཅིག་ཡའི་ཡོད་མ་རེད། མི་རྟག་པ་ཡིན་པའི་དབང་གིས་སེམས་ནང་ལ་ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི་ལའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བཟོ་གི་རེད།
Sentence Translation:
However beautiful [you] are, you will become ugly at the end. Amrapali, in life, there is nothing that is permanent and stable. Because of being impermanent, it will cause suffering all the time.
Word Translation:
མཛེས་པོ་/སྙིང་རྗེ་པོ་ beautiful,
མཐའ་མར་ at the end,
མི་སྡུག་པ་/མདོག་ཉེས་པོ་ not beautiful, ugly,
གཅིག་ཡའི་/གཅིག་ཀྱང་ anything,

1. ང་ཚོས་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ན། ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི་[ལའི་]སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཡོང་གི་རེད།
ང་ཚོ us, we, ས་ by, | མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་ non-virtuous action, | བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ did, is done, ན if, ། > ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི་[ལའི་ every time,] | སྡུག་བསྔལ་ suffering, | ཡོང་གི་རེད will come, །
If we have done non-virtuous actions, suffering will come anytime.
2. རིན་ཆེན་ནོར་བུ་ལ་ང་ཚོས་ཡག་པོ་བྱས་ནས་བདག་པོ་མ་རྒྱབ་ན། ནོར་བུ་འདི་ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི་[ལའི་]བརླག་གི་ཡོད་རེད།
རིན་ཆེན་ precious, ནོར་བུ་ jewel, ལ་ to, | ང་ཚོ we, us, ས་ by, | ཡག་པོ་བྱས་ནས་ nicely, | བདག་པོ་མ་རྒྱབ་ not taken care of, ན if, ། > ནོར་བུ་ jewel, འདི་ this, | ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི་[ལའི་ every time,] | བརླག་གི་ཡོད་རེད loses, །
If we don’t take care of a precious jewel nicely, [we] will this jewel anytime.
3. ང་ངའི་ཨ་མ་ལགས་དྲན་དུས་ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི་[ལའི་]སྐྱིད་པོ་ཆགས་ཀྱི་འདུག
ང་ I, | ངའི་ my, ཨ་མ་ mother, ལགས་ (addressing respectfully), honored, - དྲན་དུས་ when remember/miss, | ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནའི་[ལའི་ every time,] | སྐྱིད་་པོ་ཆགས་ཀྱི་འདུག becoming happy,
Every time I remember my mother, I become happy.
