Short Background Story:
This is a conversation between Buddha and his Father the first time they saw each other again after Buddha had attained enlightenment.
Full Dialogue:
སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་འདྲ་མཉམ་རེད།
ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་གནས་ལུགས་ཀྱི་དོན་རྟོགས་པར་བྱས་ནས་
ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་། ཐར་པ་འཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི། ཐོབ་ཐང་ཡོད་རེད
Sentence Translation:
All sentient beings are equally the same.
All the sentient beings of the three realms, by having realised the natural state, hold the right to the primordial wisdom of Buddha and the attainment of liberation.
Word Translation:
འདྲ་མཉམ་ equality, equal, equally same,
ཁམས་གསུམ་ three realms [of desire, form, and formless realm],
གནས་ལུགས་ abiding mode, natural state,
རྟོགས་པ་ to have realisation,
བྱས་ནས་ in that way,
ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ Buddha, (the all knowing one),
ཡེ་ཤེས་ primordial wisdom,
ཐར་པ་ liberation,
འཐོབ་ attain, obtain,
འཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་ to have the attainment,
ཐོབ་ཐང་ right, (ལས་འགན་/འགན་ duty)

ཆོས་པ Dharma Practitioner | ས་ by | བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ Enlightening Mind | སྐྱེས་པར་བྱས་ནས་ having arisen | སྡིག་པ་ sins/mistakes/misdeeds | ཚང་མ་ all | སྤང་གི་ཡོད་རེད abandon, །
A Dharma Practitioner, after having arisen the Enlightening Mind, [would] abandon all sins.
2. ལས་དང་པོ་པ་ལ་མི་ལུས་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རིང་ཐང་ཧ་གོ་བར་བྱས་ནས་ཐར་པའི་གོ་སྐབས་ལས་སླ་པོར་ཐོབ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད་རེད།
ལས་དང་པོ་པ་ beginner | ལ་ for/to | མི་ལུས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ precious human body | འི་ of | རིང་ཐང་ value | ཧ་གོ་བར་བྱས་ནས་ after having understood | ཐར་པ liberation | འི་ of | གོ་སྐབས་ opportunity/chance | ལས་སླ་པོར་ easily | ཐོབ་ obtain/attain | ཐུབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད་རེད be able to, །
For a beginner, after having understood the value of a precious human body, would be able to easily obtain the opportunity for liberation.
3. དགའ་དང་མི་དགའ་ལ་བརྟེན་པར་བྱས་ནས་ཕན་པ་ཡང་ན་གནོད་པ་ཡོང་གི་རེད།
དགའ་ likes | དང་ and | མི་དགའ་ dislikes | ལ་ on | བརྟེན་པར་བྱས་ནས་ from having relied/depended | ཕན་པ་ benefits | ཡང་ན་ or | གནོད་པ་ harms | ཡོང་གི་རེད will come, །
From having depended on likes and dislikes, benefits or harms will come.
